J'ai fondé la structure No Milk Production & Booking pour accompagner des artistes qui me sont chers, dont les projets m'ont particulièrement touchée et qui se démarquent par leur proposition. Notre activité se déroule en France et en Europe.

I founded No Milk Production & Booking to champion artists whose work is close to my heart—projects that have deeply moved me, stand out for their originality, and that I believe deserve to be shared, at the very least, across France and Europe.

Introduction
Depuis plus de vingt ans, je côtoie des artistes de talent : musiciens, comédiens, auteurs, interprètes qui consacrent leur vie à la création et à son partage.Mon expérience m'a donné envie de me mettre à leur service.
Avec No Milk, j'accompagne des projets auxquels je crois profondément. J'apporte mon énergie, mon regard, mon engagement et ma capacité à fédérer pour aider les œuvres à rencontrer leur public.
Plus qu'une activité de booking ou de production, c'est une aventure humaine : retrouver une forme de famille artistique où chacun soutient le talent de l'autre et contribue à faire exister des projets porteurs de sens.

Mayu
Elegante mélancolie
En avril 2026, je suis retournée voir à Agen le concert de Mayu, un auteur compositeur contrebassiste et chanteur, entouré d'une très belle équipe de musiciens.
Comme la dernière fois où je l'avais vu, je me suis laissée emporter par l'émotion, entre joie et larmes confondues. Les chansons franco-brésiliennes de Mayu sont à la fois un mélange de douceurs, de rires, de rythmes et de jolis refrains. On se tremousse, on chante en choeur, on reçoit une générosité rare d'un artiste qui aime partager à la fois avec le public et avec ses musiciens sur scène.
Les mots de Mayu ne sont pas seulement chantant. Ils racontent une histoire, un déracinement, de nouvelles terres, un voyage qui le place entre deux mondes. On retrouve un mélange de force et de modestie qui entraîne vers une communion musicale qui reste dans les mémoires.

Laetitia Brecy et Jean Diego
La Flûte empapiée
En décembre 2025, je suis allée voir à Paris le nouveau spectacle de la belle Laetitia Brecy et de son ami peintre Jean Diego porté par la Compagnie A pied d'Oeuvre.
Un théâtre de papier, enchanteur, amusant, plein de références et de poésie, inspiré de La Flûte enchantée.
Cela faisait 5 ans qu'ils étaient sur le projet.
Ils reprennent l'intégralité des scènes, les présentent à leur façon, incarnant à deux comédiens tous les personnages de papiers qui glissent dans la lumière sur un plateau ingénieux, dans des décors féériques mêlant l'univers de la Flûte enchantée et l'univers du personnage fétiche de Jean Diego : Pico-Falso. Ainsi Pico-Falso est le miroir de Papageno, et vous présente un jeu porté par Laetitia Brecy et Jean Diego, dans leur théâtre de papier : La Flûte empapiée.

Le Cabaret Impulsif
En juin 2026, j'ai rejoins l'équipe de la Compagnie Par les temps qui courent... à Mont-de-Marsan.
Cette Compagnie de théâtre portée par Frédéric Laroussarie et Jean-David Cohen propose depuis longtemps des spectacles de qualité, suivis par des partenaires importants, qu'ils mettent souvent au moins deux années à monter. Deux ans c'est long, alors un jour, au détour d'une conversation, ils ont décidé d'improviser : s'inspirer de l'actualité, monter un spectacle en 24 heures avec des bénévoles.
Cela a donné naissance au Cabaret Impulsif. Celui-ci a été mis en place près d'une cinquantaine de fois, dans les lieux les plus divers et variés. Car le Cabaret impulsif s'adapte à tout.
En avril 2026, j'ai joué le jeu avec eux, comme les autres bénévoles, au Nouveau Théâtre d'un Jour à Agen.
Dès le premier soir, on a décortiqué les nouvelles dans les journaux mis à disposition. Frédéric et Jean-Dav' nous ont guidé pour la construction des saynètes. Le théâtre nous a mis à disposition des éléments de décor et des costumes... Le lendemain après-midi, nous avons fait une Allemande (faire le début et la fin des scènes pour garantir l'enchainement). Grégori, gérant du lieu, nous a accompagnés en assurant la régie lumière. Et le soir on s'est produit devant le public, en s'emparant du lieu et pas seulement sur scène... Un succès, de l'enthousiasme, et un défi relevé à chaque fois !

No Milk et les Pétales qui l'accompagnent
Ce projet, qui mûrit depuis quelques années, c'est mettre une partie de mon énergie au service des autres.
No Milk est un nom original, arrivé là car depuis peu je suis devenue intolérante aux produits laitiers. C'est ma façon de transformer le négatif en positif. No Milk !
Les deux pétales de fleur qui accompagnent le logo sont issus d'une photo prise à l'issue d'une première rencontre décisive avec Mayu. Ils incarnent tout ce que No Milk cherche à défendre : la beauté des choses simples, la force des rencontres et ces instants de grâce qui surgissent sans prévenir.
Ce que No Milk souhaite faire c'est accompagner les artistes vers leur public.
Tout simplement.

Introduction
For more than twenty years, I have been surrounded by talented artists: musicians, actors, authors and performers who devote their lives to creation and to sharing it. My experience has made me want to place myself at their service.
With No Milk, I support projects in which I deeply believe. I bring my energy, my perspective, my commitment and my ability to bring people together, in order to help works meet their audience.
More than a booking or production activity, it is a human adventure: finding again a kind of artistic family, where each person supports the talent of the other and contributes to bringing meaningful projects to life.

Mayu
An Elegant Melancholy
In April 2026, I went back to Agen to see a concert by Mayu, a singer, double bassist and singer-songwriter, surrounded by a wonderful team of musicians.
As on the previous occasion when I had seen him, I let myself be carried away by the emotion, somewhere between joy and tears. Mayu’s Franco-Brazilian songs are a blend of softness, laughter, rhythm and beautiful refrains. We sway, we sing along, and we receive the rare generosity of an artist who loves to share both with the audience and with his fellow musicians on stage.
Mayu’s words are not only lyrical. They tell a story: one of uprooting, new lands, and a journey that places him between two worlds. In his work, there is a blend of strength and modesty that leads the audience toward a musical communion that stays in the memory.

La Flûte empapiée
In December 2025, I went to Paris to see the new show by the wonderful Laetitia Brécy and her friend, the painter Jean Diego, presented by the theater company À Pied d’Œuvre.
An enchanting, amusing paper theatre, full of references and poetry, inspired by The Magic Flute.
They had been working on the project for five years.
They revisit every scene, presenting them in their own way, with two actors embodying all the paper characters as they glide through the light on an ingenious stage, within magical sets that bring together the world of The Magic Flute and the world of Jean Diego’s beloved character: Pico-Falso. Pico-Falso thus becomes a mirror of Papageno, inviting the audience into a performance carried by Laetitia Brécy and Jean Diego in their paper theatre: La Flûte empapiée.

Le Cabaret Impulsif
In June 2026, I joined the team of the theater company Par les temps qui courent… in Mont-de-Marsan.
This theatre company, led by Frédéric Laroussarie and Jean-David Cohen, has long been creating quality shows, supported by important partners, often taking at least two years to develop each production. Two years is a long time. So one day, in the course of a conversation, they decided to improvise: to draw inspiration from current events and create a show in 24 hours with volunteers.
That was how Le Cabaret Impulsif was born. It has since been staged nearly fifty times, in all kinds of venues. Because Le Cabaret Impulsif can adapt to anything.
In April 2026, I joined in with them, like the other volunteers, at the Nouveau Théâtre d’un Jour in Agen.
From the very first evening, we dissected the news in the newspapers made available to us. Frédéric and Jean-Dav’ guided us through the construction of the sketches. The theatre provided us with set pieces and costumes. The following afternoon, we did a run-through, rehearsing the beginning and end of each scene to ensure the transitions worked smoothly. Grégori, the venue manager, accompanied us by taking care of the lighting. And that evening, we performed in front of an audience, taking over the space — not only the stage. A success, full of enthusiasm, and a challenge met every time.

No Milk and the Petals that accompany it
This project, which has been maturing for several years, is about placing part of my energy at the service of others.
No Milk is an original name. It came about because I recently became intolerant to dairy products. It is my way of transforming something negative into something positive. No Milk!
The two flower petals that accompany the logo come from a photograph taken after a decisive first meeting with Mayu. They embody everything No Milk seeks to defend: the beauty of simple things, the power of encounters, and those moments of grace that arise without warning.
What No Milk wants to do is support artists on their journey toward their audience.
Quite simply.
